1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, booking doorstep pickups, or purchasing subscription plans from FastCare Laundry ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. Service Scope & Booking

FastCare provides doorstep garment collection, professional laundry, dry cleaning, steam pressing, ironing, and delivery services through our network of verified store partners and delivery personnel.

• Booking Pickups: Customers select pickup date and time windows. You must ensure someone is present at the provided address during the chosen slot.
• Garment Counting: Delivery personnel count and record items at doorstep or at the store facility. In case of count discrepancies, store records verified with the customer will prevail.
• Pockets & Valuables: Customers are strictly required to check and empty all pockets prior to handing over garments. FastCare is not responsible for lost cash, cards, jewellery, or items left in pockets.

3. Fabric Care & Special Instructions

While our partners use high-grade eco-friendly detergents and modern machinery, customers must inform us of any delicate fabrics, color-bleeding risks, or pre-existing tears. FastCare and its partner stores cannot be held liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, defective fabric manufacturing, or inherent fabric weakness.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are transparently displayed on our website and during order checkout. Payments may be made online via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery where supported. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle as chosen by the customer.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
